Zuraiz founded Avanceon on a conviction shaped by years of watching organizations struggle — not from lack of capability, but from lack of access to the right guidance at the right time.

His career spans public accounting, enterprise advisory, and strategic consulting, working alongside organizations navigating growth, regulatory complexity, and operational transformation. He built Avanceon to deliver that caliber of thinking to every client, regardless of size or stage.

He leads every engagement with the standard he built the firm around: senior presence, technical depth, and honest advice.
